A buyer may start with a question rather than links
Someone may ask AI where to order a kitchen in Chișinău, compare materials and only then visit websites. Consider questions before purchase alongside short keywords.
This does not mean abandoning regular search. Google says its basic SEO principles still apply to AI features. Other systems have their own sources and rules; visibility in one does not establish visibility everywhere.
Make services clear and verifiable
Answer concrete questions: scope, suitability, service area, pricing, limitations and next steps. Russian and Romanian need complete current versions, not only translated menus.
For canopies: structure types, real photographs, materials, site preparation, quotation and installation stages. This helps customers compare and sources represent the business accurately.
Access matters more than a secret file
Check HTTP responses, robots.txt, noindex, canonical, internal links and sitemaps. Essential information should be text on the page, not only an image. Restricted access and heavy loading can impede discovery.
llms.txt can provide an additional pointer, but is not a required ticket into AI answers and does not guarantee citations. Markup must describe real information; invented ratings and reviews do not help.
Use AI to assist work, not multiply empty content
AI can help draft structures, group questions, identify content gaps and prepare translations. A specialist should verify facts, prices, terminology and relevance to the actual service.
Do not publish hundreds of similar unchecked pages. Add your own explanations: material choices, installation mistakes and timeline factors. Your team's real inputs and decisions are more useful than generic text.
Treat AI visibility as an observation
List real customer questions in Russian and Romanian. Record the service, date, wording, brand mention and sources. Repeat the checks: answers change and one success does not establish market share.
Distinguish citations, brand mentions and website visits. This log reveals gaps but does not replace Search Console, analytics and sales.
Measure the business, not only answer appearances
Track organic visits to priority services, qualified enquiries and sales. Where available, examine AI referrals; attribution can be imperfect, so ask customers how they found you.
Do not combine every mention and click into one “AI conversion”. Define events, remove duplicate submissions and account for analytics consent.
A practical first-month plan
Start with access and measurement. Improve one priority service: terms, evidence, contact and Russian/Romanian versions. Link it to a useful guide addressing a common buyer question.
At the end, assess indexing, queries, enquiries and completed changes. A month is a progress-review cycle, not a promised deadline for top rankings or ChatGPT appearances.
